We are in a strong position to advise international clients in their operations in Spain and the United Kingdom as we are a team of Spanish lawyers and qualified solicitors of England and Wales. Due to the unique nature and expertise of our lawyers, we have across the board represented our clients in cross-border transactional deals, M&A, investment rounds, banking transactions and provided day to day corporate and commercial assistance in both jurisdictions.

Maritime Law

Litigation & Arbitriation
